In 2002, Danish publisher Forum reissued two of Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 novels, "Goldfinger" and "I Hendes Majestæts hemmelige tjeneste" (On Her Majesty's Secret Service), both newly translated by Claes Johansen. As to why the editors chose these two Fleming novels without regard to the series' chronology, your guess is as good as ours.

Unfortunately these reissues did not sell well enough for Forum to continue the new editions. Another publisher, Rosenkilde & Bahnhof, reissued all of Fleming's Bond novels in 2012 in the correct order, but in the old and often lacking translations from the first editions published by Grafisk forlag and Skrifola in the 1950's and 60's.

Previous editions:
● Døden må vente (Grafisk forlag 1961)
Agent 007 contra Goldfinger ("G-bog" nr. 56, Grafisk forlag 1965)
● Agent 007 contra Goldfinger ("G-bog" nr. 56, Grafisk forlag 1967)

Later editions:
● Goldfinger (Rosenkilde & Bahnhof 2014)
