To mark the theatrical release of EON's film adaptation of "Casino Royale" in 2006, the Danish publishing house Aschehoug reissued three of Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 novels using the existing Danish translations from the 1950s and 1960s. The three books selected for re-release were "Casino Royale" (Fleming's first Bond novel), "Diamonds are Forever" (fourth in the series) and "Dr. No" (sixth).
